Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days on weekdays, excluding holidays.

Shipping is only within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from Portland, Oregon.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

If you request no signature or insurance, Tumbleweed is not responsible in case of theft or damage.
